How to spot fake 100 dollar bills?
The bills are being distributed by a street gang from Los Angeles called Crips and the Bloods. The same bills are connected to other arrests in the Los Angeles area where more than $4 million worth of bills that turned up. About $150,000 worth of bills were passed in the last week in Hawaii. These bills are scattered all over the islands.
The suspects purchase items and will return it for legitimate cash… Smart huh? Yes, why? Because merchants were fooled that even if they use a counterfeit detector pen, the mark will turn out to brown, this means legal or genuine money.
The bills were printed on a “high quality” printer on paper that is close to the material used for U.S. Currency. They have also sprayed with a chemical so that counterfeit detector pens will not detect or identify these bills.
How to spot a counterfeit bill
- Look for currency security threads. There should be a 100 USA on the thread. These are made of thin polymer thread that glows RED when you put it under ultra-violet light. Certain bills has different colors, like the one on $5 bills that glows blue. For other bills, there should be a 50 USA, FIVE USA, and so on.
- Genuine currency has blue and red fibers in the paper, not just printed on the paper.
- Look for distinctive and sharp printing in the border, portrait, and the treasury seal.
- Check the watermark by holding the bill up to the light. Real money should have the face of the person in the portrait that can be seen both sides. Some bill may turn out real when you mark with a counterfeit detector pen but when you hold the bill up to the light, the watermark image is different from the one on the portrait. Why? It is because…
- Sometimes, fake bills are shinier than the real ones.
- The color-changing ink at the 100 on the bottom right of the bill. It should change its color when you tilt it in any angles and turns black when viewed in an angle.
- Microprinted words that are printed on a specific part of the bill. The words “The United States of America” are printed as a line in the left collar of Ben Franklin’s coat. The USA 100 is repeatedly printed in the bottom left-hand corner of the bill. :-) These are so small that it is hard to see even with a magnifier.
- There are also fine lines and concentric lines in the portrait and in the Independence Hall that is difficult to reproduce with standard printers.

Fake IDs
A forged driver's license seized recently by Waikato police was so good it had to be sent away for expert analysis. Ten young people are facing a total of 22 charges for altering or using forged documents.
Waikato police said the fake IDs, used to gain access to bars, were largely created on school computers and printers. The police will not confirm which secondary schools are involved, but the Waikato Times understands at least one case involved a city boarding student using a computer and printer in their room on the school campus.
The maximum penalty for forging driver's licenses is $2000 and up to 10 years in prison. Hamilton police liquor licensing sergeant Jim Kernohan said the quality of the confiscated fakes varied widely. "Some were so bad you wonder why they bother, but there were some that were hard to pick out straight away." He said one of the better fakes had to be sent to the NZ Transport Agency for analysis, then on to the card manufacturer.
Hamilton police liquor licensing team member Constable Murray Macdonald said that in the past eight months several doctored driver's licenses had been handed in by city bar staff. Police had taken action against 130 people over the IDs and suspected people had no idea how much trouble they could get in by producing someone else's license as identification. "It's fraud and not only can the person presenting the fake identification be prosecuted but the owner as well.

Fake Windows XP bought on eBay
"I've recently built a new PC and needed a copy of Windows XP Professional to load onto it. I found an advert on Gumtree for a copy of XP Pro OEM, exactly what I needed, so I emailed the seller who confirmed he had one available. I sent the cheque and waited for weeks for it to arrive; finally I became fed up with waiting and found a copy on eBay, the listing stated it was genuine (no less than 48 times) so I bid on and won it. The copy bought on eBay arrived within the week and the copy bought via the Gumtree adverts arrived several days after that."

Fake Google Page Rank
Crackers have done it again! Didn’t spare Google Pagerank. With fake Pagerank you can get a PR the toolbar displays on your site of your choice. This is good enough to fool an advertiser. You can find the steps how do it below{thanks to black hat seo){But I don’t recommend doing so}
1. Buy a domain{don’t experiment on established one}.
2. 301 Redirect the domain either in you .htaccess, PHP header (anything server side) to a page with the desired page rank. It’s better to redirect to something relevant. For example, if you are doing a mortgage site, redirect to a mortgage site.
for php the code is:
header(”HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently”);
header(”location:http://www.seoblackhat.com”);
exit;
?>
3. Link to the page with the redirect from another of your sites that gets regularly spidered by Google. Since you use the Alexa Toolbar, you should have several sites that are spidered daily by google.
4. Wait for google update. Google Updates happen about every three months.
5.Now you use cloaking software that says:
if(ip is in list) (list of google IPs){
header(”HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently”);
header(”location:http://www.seoblackhat.com”);
exit;}
else
{
header(’Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1′);
//Show your site
};
?>
But still I don’t recommend it as your site will not actually be indexed by Google as long as you are redirecting the Googlebots to your competitors site, so it’s really only good for link selling / trading.
If you don’t want to experiment, Seo dark team {why do they keep such names?}
Have already done so with their site having a PR of 10,9,8,7,6 {for different pages ofcourse}

Difference between fake and real Prada
Believe it or not it is pretty easy to make a fake designer bag and its actually pretty easy to tell the real from the fake if you know what to look for. Please remember that not all things I list well be present on a real prada bag, different styles may have these things differ from one another, but most are usually consistant. Make sure when buying a prada bag off an online auction or website that it comes with certificates of authenticity and/or atleast some type of serial number you can look up from prada, if some of these thing are not present. So here is a list of what to look for in a real prada bag:
1) look at the prada name on the emblem, look at the R in prada if the right leg on the R is strait-- its fake, if it curves in --its real.
2) the background of the prada plate, usually should be the same color as the bag.
3) The metal on the bag even the buttons should be engraved with the word prada.
4) the tag inside the bag must say PRADA MADE IN ITALY exactly.
5) The lining should say prada going horizontal all over it ( For example: Prada~Prada~Prada~), its Pradas signature lining that is used in most of their bags and the fake bags well have something that looks like it but it wont say prada!
6) It should have a serial number from prada and come with authenticity tags and a dust bag (please note if someone is selling a used Prada bag and all 5 things above are present but they do not have the item number, authenticity tags, or dust bag ask questions about where they bought it from, some people dont keep those things after buying a bag)!
Look for these 6 things and if all are present then you are good to go with your new authentic prada bag!

Fake iPod Nano with real Apple logo
OK, we've seen tons of iPod look-a-likes and other fake MP3 players and mobile phones. In a lot of stores in China you van buy Sasmung or Nokio (no, these are no typo's) cell phones who look like the real deal but most certainly aren't!
The producer of this fake iPod Nano (in French) however takes it to the next level. As you van see, this 'Nano' not only looks like the real deal, but also has a 'genuine' Apple Logo and everything else to make this fake look as real as possible.

How to Spot a Virus Hoax Identifying Real Virus Warnings
Even if the source of a virus warning seems reliable, you'll still want to look for the red flags that signal a virus message is a fake before you pass it on to others. Senders of hoaxes want to panic you, so they'll play on your fears by threatening such things as the total annihilation of your hard drive. The more exclamation points (!!!) and WORDS IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS that are in the message, the more likely it is that the warning is false.
Both real and fake virus warnings threaten the loss, corruption, or misuse of your data. Some may sound less realistic than others -- for example, chances are slim that any virus would send all of your personal financial files to the attention of the IRS. But virus programmers can be clever folks. So, how do you know for sure if a virus warning is fake?
