The Chinese Could Fake Everything

It has been a hot debate on the recent Olympic Opening Ceremony faking issue in Beijing, China. The cute looking little girl who sing for the opening ceremony is nothing more than an lip-syncher while the actual singer is someone else who didn't look as cute as she is.

Part of the spectacular fireworks broadcast to the work is pre-recorded and it is not 100% live! It looks like these faking job has become part of the Chinese culture. Everything is made to looks perfect but it is not exactly real.

'It's for the nation's interest',
A rather simple reason given behind all those faking things happen which has tricked billions of people worldwide into believing.

Now as the government could do fake things to the world, I couldn't imagine how the they could curb all the counterfeit issues which is highly famous in China!

China Fake USB Thumbdrive

You've heard about it but has you seen it? The infamous fake USB Thumbdrive from China news which has been circulating over the internet some years ago.

Well, they do have some creativity but it was used in the wrong way, the evil way!

Sony 32GB, 64GB, 128GB USB Thumb Drive

Take this! I bet your eyes will pop up and your saliva will be dripping non-stop looking at the amount of space offered by these new thumbdrive. A freaking 128GB!
Now, the highest capacity of USB Thumb drive in the market now is only 16GB, what makes you think that Sony could produce 128GB thumb drive when thumbdrive is not even Sony's core business. They're not the leading expert in making thumb drive.

I had once buying a Sony 2GB USB Thumb drive a few years back but found out that it could only store 1GB of data although it register having 2GB of space in the computer. The same thing like these new 128GB thumb drive, it does register with 128GB of space in the computer but when you start pumping data into the drive, eventually some of the data will not be retrieveable.
Sony 4300mAH, 4600mAH, 6400mAH Rechargeable AA Battery

Please bare in mind that the maximum capacity for AA size rechargeable battery is only 2700mAH! Perhaps the Chinese like the brand SONY so much that the start producing these fake Sony rechargeable battery.
They can be easily available on Ebay or other online stores. Myself also almost fell into this trap when I wanted to but myself a set of rechargeable battery for my camera. Luckily I manage to cancel the order before its too late.

China Fake Money

I know many country in the world has this fake bank notes problem. Even our own Bolehland is not spared. But when I went to China, the fake money problem is just some common issues they had on daily basis. Try walk to a roadside stall, buy something with a $100 note and get the change from them. Chances that you may get some fake notes were there. So, if you were to buy things from the road side stall, make sure you have enough small money to prevent your change into fake money. You could spend the large amount of money notes at some reputable stores but that also wasn't a guarantee!

Fake Camera Film

Well, several years back during my trip to Shanghai, China. I was using a film camera because my digital camera freeze up as the temperature was only about 5 degrees C. I was told not to buy camera film at the small booth in certain area because it is known that some people there sells fake camera film!
You would only realize that it is fake when you bring it to a shop to do the photo printing. Its only some plastic film which is inside the roll, not a real negative film!

Movie Piracy

Well, movie piracy happens everywhere but in China, things could gone to a level some other country wont find. Not only you would find original movies being pirated, you would also find movies which never existed sold in the DVD shop there. I mean, how would you like your favourite movie idol appear in some photoshoped movie title cover which never existed, lol!

Apart from that, there are just too many cases of fake and counterfeit things which happens in China that made into the news headline. I still remember the scary fake milk powder news which reported few years ago. Infants was severely suffered with malnutrition and some even killed by those irresponsible people who made those fake milk powder just for the sake of making money.
